CompleteView Certification training is a comprehensive, hands-on virtual classroom instruction designed to teach all facets of server and client installation and system configuration. Each student has a CompleteView licensed AWS system to install CompleteView Enterprise software. Students learn to configure their system/servers with Cameras, Users/Groups, Views, and Maps. They also learn to use the Dashboard to monitor server health, diagnose problems, and complete server updates and camera diagnostics with the Maintenance Panel. A practical lab covering the server configuration and client configuration is administered. Training requires two days, and upon successfully passing the practical lab, the student receives certification that is viable for two years. More

You are only eligible to recertify if you receive an email notification from Salient Systems. You must register for the correct Recertification Lab time slot. The Q1 Recertification Lab is available for individuals whose certification expires in Q1 of this year.
The CompleteView Recertification Lab is intended solely for individuals who have previously been CompleteView Certified. To complete the Recertification, you must correctly install and configure a CompleteView deployment meeting the requirements provided in the Recertification Lab. You may complete the Recertification independently at a scheduled date and time. Your registration confirmation will contain instructions on scheduling your recertification date and time. No instructor will be present when you do the lab, and you must complete the lab within 4 hours of the start time. If your Recertification Lab attempt is unsuccessful, you must attend a regular training class to recertify. You will receive an email with a coupon code to deduct the cost of the Recertification Lab registration from your regular course registration and instructions to assist you with applying the code.
